Slide #3: Look for the real issues in their life (low self-esteem, past wounds, unmet needs)

Slide #4: Ask them each month what two changes they would like you to make in your own life

Slide #5: Offer them support and praise in the areas where they do perform well

Slide #6: Do what you can to speak their love language (words, gifts, touch, time, service)

Slide #7: Be prepared for them to ask you what two changes they can make in their life
