Randy Swanson is the Executive Director of Significant Living. He also serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Total Living International. He is a cum laude graduate from UCLA with a degree in music and a magna cum laude graduate of Western States University College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in law. Admitted to the California bar in 1983, he has served the elder community as an elder law and estate planning attorney as well as a nonprofit corporate law specialist. His experience also includes intellectual property rights, planned giving, and communications law. He has represented numerous ministries including Calvary Chapel, Vineyard, Maranatha Music, Continental Singers, Nazarene and Baptist churches, Assembly of God and others. 

With wife Sharlene, Randy was a program host for Trinity Broadcasting Network, was instrumental in the launch of the Sky Angel Network, and has participated in several documentary film and independent film projects. He served on the mission field in Alaska, Taiwan, Israel, Russia, and to the Navajo Indians in New Mexico. Randy is a Bible student, regularly speaking and doing pulpit ministry. He has been married to Sharlene for 36 years, has two adult children, Charity and Jordan, is an accomplished trumpet player, and is currently finishing a book about his two year trip around the world in a VW camper.

Jim Gibson is a seasoned professional in both the entertainment & business world. He’s an EMMY award winning television host, a former member of a Grammy award winning band, and recently went to the “big screen” as a line producer and voice-over announcer for “Rockin The Corps – An American Thank you.” Gibson’s professional entertainment career began at age 17 when he joined the professional Musicians Union. He received his Music Performance degree from The King’s College, New York and then traveled as a member of the B.J. Thomas Band, and later with Truth and The Bill Gaither Trio.

Gibson moved into television and hosted Windy City Alive - WCFC-TV 38 Chicago, and has hosted more than 1500 pageant telecasts and specials around the world including Miss USA, Miss Universe and Miss America. Gibson was instrumental in assisting Donald Trump with the purchase of the Miss Universe Pageant and was appointed as his Director of Pageant Affairs. Gibson was also a regular performer on the Merv Griffin Show and the host of MGM-TV’s “Dreams Can Come True.”

Gibson’s business accomplishments are as varied as his entertainment achievements including Director of Acquisitions and Development for Clinicorp and Vice President of G.M. Development, LLC. Gibson is presently the President and owner of The Gibson Organization, LLC and its subsidiary Big Talk Production. Jim and his wife Chiann reside in Sugar Grove, Illinois with their son, James III.
